We started in 2014 with 11 homes and one rule: owners should never have to chase us for a number. We've grown slowly since, so that rule still holds at 412 doors.

How we've grown
Slow and steady, mostly by referral.
Most new owners come to us from an owner we already work with. We'd rather add 30 homes a year and keep the service than add 300 and lose it.

Close enough to drive over the same day.
We keep to towns we can reach within about 40 minutes of our Hillsborough Street office. That's how a walk-through or a key handoff happens this week, not next month.
